Megan is the real deal: a trustworthy, committed, objective and curious host who thoroughly researches her subjects and is not afraid to ask tough questions of her guests. Anyone who wants to know more about the human body will enjoy this podcast series!!

Megan is a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. I’ve listened to every episode and I glean new information every time I listen. She deep dives into different topics each week and makes it easy to understand. I really look forward to listening each week.
