The way the stories are told and the synth lines Make this a unique podcast . Please make more! I have to say it’s getting a little more ambiguous and less scary

Stories needed to be longer. Excellent narrative. Great tone.

Super legit. It’s actually kind of scary, and that’s coming from someone who consumes a LOT of horror media.

Very good, short horror stories. There’s no creepy voices or scary sound effects, just really well written stories. They are creepy, with some (like Shrine) genuinely frightening. Very well done! I binged it all in 4 days.

Great slow burn stories with truly eerie twists and turns. I love the music and the narration. If you like Knifepoint you will love this!

I’ve really enjoyed these stories and I’ve not been able to predict the endings! True originality is so fun to find! And they are well written and narrated, too! Subscribe if you love uncanny horror!

I’ve recently gotten into horror podcasts and have binged quite a few of the classics that everyone recommends. However, “We’re not meant to know” is by far the best of the best. Original and actually frightening stories, no ads, perfect atmosphere and mood, and great accompanying soundtrack...Read full review »

Really good podcast, soothing voice with no background noise and no annoying intros and outros. Good pacing of stories as well, not sure “enjoying” is the right word as they are quite creepy sometimes! But I listen every night and will keep doing so 🥰

Exceptional well narrated weird, slow burn horror that gets under your skin and then worms into your subconscious. Perfect mood for enhancing chopping and stacking wood or other deliberate but repetitive tasks, like long drives and laundry. Or just relaxing, though perhaps occasionally a bit too...Read full review »

Just a dream come true, perfect podcast for calm long evenings. The voice and the writing are both beyond perfect. I never can just start to listen to a new episode. I need to savour it.

Back story on The Maw!! Smart and super psychotic! Love to hear how it all started with this guy!!

It’s an absolute tragedy that more people don’t know about this. It is far and away superior to many more popular horror podcasts. Keep it up!

Well written, well read. I’ve listened to quite a few horror podcasts. This is definitely one of the best. Burned through all the stories in a few days on account of how good they are.

Good stories, but super cringey voice.

I messed up… I am a student that has a crap ton of free time and I finished listening to all the episodes of this podcast in three days 😔 Now I need to sit and wait for a new one ❤️ Everyone needs to listen to it! It’s so flipping good. ☠️

Best voice, best stories. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long in between

Not only are the stories and narration fantastic, it’s refreshing not to be inundated with advertisements.

Listening to these stories for the third time now. The stories and narration are simply excellent. Start with the first story, Luck, and you will be hooked.

I love everything about this podcast

Solid horror podcast. Some of the episodes are legit frightening and those which aren’t are still well written, voice acted, and produced. Worth a binge for sure.

….and excited to listen to them again to get even more details. This podcast is fantastic. Subtle but then goes in directions that make me feel gleeful and proud to be a lover of horror. Just awesome. As stated by others, fans of Knifepoint Horror will adore this podcast.

This could be my favorite new podcast. Wonderful storytelling, thoroughly creepy. Please keep the stories coming!

This is a great horror-anthology podcast and I hope there are many more episodes. It’s lean and not over-produced, and the stories are well-written, well-narrated, and genuinely creepy. This is good work.

En historia rakt in i örat, inget intro, ingen reklam. Väldigt tillfredsställande skräck.

LOVE THIS PODCAST! I found this Hidden Gem via the LIKEWISE App that others suggest Films&TV, Books and Podcasts. If you like No Sleep, Spooked, 13 and other Spooky Anxiety producing episodes then you’ll love this. I’m surprised that this isn’t towards the TOP of all things SPOOKY. The...Read full review »

I can’t believe this podcast isn’t more prevalent. Great stories great cast great spooky podcast . If you like no sleep or similar podcasts you’ll love this one . My only complaint is there aren’t more episodes. Keep up the great work this podcast is great

Every episode (aside from 3 of them) tell their own self contained story which starts off as a normal story but as it goes on there is an underlying and unsettling build up. Not every story has a satisfying pay off or reveal but they’re all extremely entertaining and I would definitely recommend!...Read full review »

Disturbing in the most wonderful way. I’m only a few episodes in (Sadie is one of the creepiest things I’ve ever heard; gave me legit goosebumps). So glad I checked this out. Really well done.

Please keep up the excellent work. Love the narrators very own voice. How could it be anybody else’s voice? Very original.

Found them in twitter (or maybe they found me). I was in dire need of a new podcast and this fell from the sky and I’m so happy! I really like the narrator’s voice and the stories are *chef kiss*

One of the best horror shows. I put it up there with Knifepoint and Thirteen in terms of understated, slow-burn stories that you can listen to over and over.
nph3 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/05/21
You have the perfect formula. Please make more episodes!

If you’re a fan of Knifepoint Horror you’ll like this one for sure. A single-narrator anthology series with a chilling but quiet atmosphere. Really enjoying it so far!

Wonderfully unsettling horror stories that take turn after unexpected turn. The narration is spot-on and the music/fx do a lot to complement the eerie vibe. The lack of intro and outro works really well--I love being able to listen to several episodes seamlessly, and they're gripping enough...Read full review »

Dramatically told, polished horror stories. Some cosmic horror vibes. Excellent anthology series.
RatGrimes via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/27/21
This is such a beautiful anthology! The language and poetry of the narration gets better and better with each episode. The pacing and sound design is so gorgous and immersive and we just love getting lost in each story. Keep up the good work! -The Call of the Void Team

AHH! Absolutely binged the first 8 episodes. We got some good stories and good narration! The background music adds the extra “oomph” in each story and adds to the tension. Definitely a good series to listen to. It’s a similar listen to knifepoint horror as another reviewer pointed out, since...Read full review »

Enjoying this one so far. I’ve been looking for horror anthologies that keep the stories succinct (might just be my attention span). This one is scratching that itch at the moment. Hope it continues like this.
Katapult39 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 01/18/21
The narrator and the sound of this podcast are almost carbon copies of Knifepoint Horror, another horror anthology series that has been around for far longer. Not that this podcast is bad, it’s not. It’s like those movie remakes that are scene for scene almost exactly like the original so you...Read full review »
