Bronk episode excellent
Justin Bronk’s discussion of the challenges faced by western airforces is one of the best WWoW episodes yet. When considered alongside Jack Watling’s excellent episode on western special forces, it just shows how this RUSI podcast doesn’t have to look far for outstanding analytical comment, especially when compared to the often ambiguous rambling of some ‘external’ guests.

Recent episodes have been decent. However, care should be taken to ensure the openly-stated technophobia of the host does not disproportionately skew the nature of discussion. Separate, but linked, the host should take care not to be implicitly pejorative of the contemporary military profession....Read full review »

Jack Watling’s discussion of special forces in great power competition is the best episode yet on the WWoW podcast. Clearly articulated, deeply researched, in touch with practical reality and, importantly, no apparent policy agenda, it was a refreshing listen. More of that please.
