“I went to culinary school when I was 17 and then did part of a chef apprenticeship. And abandoned it as I didn’t enjoy the fast paced stress of it all. My speciality was baking. I thought I wanted to be a pastry chef. I still love baking. I hardly like to cook these days but when I do I am a Free-styler! Even when I’m baking I loosely follow the recipe and it turns out pretty great. My friends, coworkers, family and boyfriend tells me so.
I only like to bake for special occasions though...Birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, engagement parties and the like. I love food, enjoy eating the best of the best and trying all kinds of cuisine. I’ve recently discovered Jordanian food!
