The hosts are upbeat and pleasant, but if you are looking for rigor, look elsewhere.

I’ve been listening through the catalog for the past couple months and I’ve loved every episode but never felt compelled to leave a review until I decided to google what these two men look like and realized that Hunter is a total babe. I’m shook.

Great addition to my collection of pods that put context to random things I didn’t know I’d be interested to learn about. Glad Geoff has a new recording setup for YouTube, but I’m bummed that the Pendleton park mugs are gone 😉

Seems to have one guy who’s reading stuff out of a book and another guy who is his patsy who knows absolutely nothing. The episode on Catalunya was a farce they kept referring to the Catalonian language never Catalan and when the guy reading stuff from the book would ask ridiculously obvious...Read full review »

Great podcast! These 2 scholars present interesting topics and facts that make for interesting and educational listening. I really enjoy their back and forth format. Both bring a great deal to the podcast. I’m a big fan.

So informative and interesting - I just wish the host didn’t say “um” almost every sentence. It’s incredibly distracting. But great podcast otherwise!

I absolutely love the topics these two talk about. They are great conversation starters for friends and family because geography is truly everywhere. As a geographer myself, I appreciate that they explain what the geography discipline actually.

Calling this podcast “chill” does not do it justice. It feels like rubbing vaporub on your chest. It feels like drinking innumerable swigs of fresh water after waking up at 3 in the morning with a bone dry mouth. All this is to say that I love listening to this podcast while working at my...Read full review »

But don’t worry, they keep it chill and interesting. Not a bunch of facts but instead a conversation walking you through the topic and it’s effect on things we interact with daily as it relates to geography. Thanks for the pod!

Every topic is always fascinating. It was a spur of the moment to find this podcast but always excited to see each new episode topic. Even things I never thought I would enjoy are interesting with the way they present the history and development of how it came to be. Would recommend for listening...Read full review »

I found What If Geography, now called Geography Is Everything, while searching around on Apple Podcasts. I gave it a try with one of the early episodes and enjoyed it so much that I decided to listen to them all from the start. I’m not quite current yet and look forward to the discussions ahead....Read full review »

I have really enjoyed this podcast! Great topics and these gentlemen come to the table prepared and remain humble and open to new ideas. To Jeff and Hunter: An idea for a topic, what if Bretton Woods Agreement, negotiated in July 1944, never happened?

I love the unique subject matters, which teaches me things that I either never knew of or considered. (Namibia and beer!!!). I like the podcast better than the YouTube videos because they provide more information and much more conversational
