I can't believe they're producing an episode on environmental impact of e-bikes, without once mentioning the possibility of just riding a normal bike, let alone doing the emissions comparison for the many trendy 'green' folks who are not replacing a car, but just...Read full review »

1. Why does CBC post sports scores, stock market listings, but not daily CO2 readings? 2. Why does CBC report on the expanded Waterloo Wellington airport, without addressing increased emissions? 3. Why does Laura Lynch ask interviewees, “Why is it taking so long?” without connecting lack of...Read full review »

Enjoy most stories, maybe I missed it but after a quick scan of your history I don’t see any investigation of human over population, arguably the base cause of most of which ails the environment, or is it? Love for you to delve into the science, economics and politics related to the implications...Read full review »

Two weekends ago I attended the NW Climate Gathering in Thunder Bay after hearing Mary Jean Cormier interview Paul Berger on Superior Morning. I read the Ministry of the Future and attended the gathering. Both events were so engaging! Now I’m listening to all your podcasts. So much great...Read full review »

Definitely need to listen if you are suffering from climate despair to realize so much is happening. Thank...Read full review »

This show is completely one-sided, as it lacks an understanding of the formidable challenges of the energy transition. NIMBYism is a very strong theme as the show is against (almost?) all made-in-Canada solutions for sourcing critical minerals within our borders. I listen to this show to...Read full review »

I’ve listen to many episodes and find that they try to talk about Climate Change but for the most part everything sounds like a human interest story. It seems like Laura Lynch has this knack of making everything sound like she interviewing children playing at the park. There’s a total lack of...Read full review »

One of my favourite programs along with Radio EcoShock. Less focussed on mechanisms of global warming and more focused on sharing the wonderful work being done by people tackling the challenges and building community. In response to the reviewer who wanted daily CO2 readings, they do have them...Read full review »

I listen to a few climate focused radio shows/podcasts and this is one if the best! I can’t always catch it on the radio so now it’s in my “podcast library”. Looking forward to the back catalogue. Keep them coming .. this issue is only becoming more relevant with lots of developments and stories...Read full review »

Thank you for such a great podcast. We often see comments that media doesn’t cover climate change enough. This is a great new podcast that accompanies me on my Saturday runs. Great job CBC 👍🏼

Although about 50% of the episodes brings me tears during my commute to work everyday, it brings me inspiration to act both in my work and personal life. This show reminds us that we are not alone in this crisis and we are part of a global community working toward the same goal of assuring a...Read full review »

Just heard the special episode after the BC floods: excellent exploration of adaptation in the face of charges wrought by climate change and the impact on people’s lives. Quality journalism.

Thanks for pressing Richard Duke on Carbon Pricing. I am in the US and feel carbon pricing is the most important first step. And Canada please implement a border carbon adjustment. Maybe that will bring the US in line. I so admire Canada!

Really enjoy this podcast/show; interesting topics are presented and discussed! Thank you. I hope CBC continues to support this show and brings us way more climate-related content and implements a climate lens to all its content.

I’m very happy that CBC is doing a series about climate change in Canada, and especially including a variety of aspects and voices (science, people, on-the-ground work, nature) without doing the both-sides nonsense that gives equal stage to climate deniers.
