A lot of fun! Not at all stuffy.
The format is great. The host asks for 3 books the guest liked and one she didn't. They talk a bit about why, then the host suggest three books she might like. It's like listening to a couple of friends talk about books. Neither the host nor the guests are the least bit pretentious or stuffy or snarky. The books are generally popular books that I've heard of and might actually read. Each episode is only about 20 minutes. The host has a good voice and is easy to listen to. I like the podcast so much that I'm off to check out her blog, Modern Mrs. Darcy.Read full review »

Anne's voice is perfect for podcasting, and I am so excited to finally listen to a podcast dedicated to books!Read full review »
