Let’s not get carried away
This is usually a very informative and entertaining SCIENCE program. But the 8 July episode where a few changes in a very small number of species because of particular stimuli is extrapolated out to supposedly raise questions about the binary nature of human biology leads me to question just how devoted to science the program is. When sticking with facts, the presenter’s witty comments add entertainment to information. Please don’t lose your way - stick with evidence-based science, not wishful thinking (or not actually thinking at all, it seems). This program would have attracted a 5-star rating if not for the nonsensical extrapolations in that particular episode. Facts, not fancy.

Loved the episode on the murderous hunting spiders, but my vote for the cutest spider goes to the tiny jumping spiders which are like tiny jewels Especially amusing when doing their courtship dance and trying not to be eaten! Love your work!
