We Love This Duo
I’m so happy you’re both working together. The joy, humor and insane in depth pop culture knowledge from you both shines equally here. It’s such a fantastic concept. I’ve always loved when you guys collab on Les Duex or Dunzo, and this feels like such a conversation starting podcast about the history of media. It really makes me think deeper about how these magazines impacted me growing up in NH (shout out) and how much has changed in media coverage. It’s admirable pop culture journalism to be going over these magazines with both your expertise to give context behind the pages! I loved the discussion on how Janis Joplin or Stevie Nicks would be written about and I’d love an episode where you deep dive into what people were saying back then in vintage tabloids if possible.

(I’ll go bonkers if they ever choose an issue I worked on.) I’ve had misgivings about that...Read full review »
