“Jake & Gino's podcast is great because they are upfront and real. The often admit their mistakes, and have great advice on how to avoid them ( think septic system check during the winter).
At first even as a personal development fan, I wasn't sure if I liked the mix of life coaching and Real estate - but then I had a breakthrough and realized it was one of the most important things I could refocus on.
I personally have done an amazing foreclosure deal, and will be investing in a multi family unit in 2017-2018 depending on the scale I want.
Oh and FYI. Get the book. The literal first 4 pages reminded me of long lost facts I needed to remember, and some priceless information. Pays for itself 1000 times.
I have never felt comfortable with REI gurus. which is good because they are not them. They are simply two men, who did a great job figuring it out, have solid spiritual and financial advice - and aren't afraid to tell you they believe in you.”Read full review »
