Leadership is something you do. Not something you are. Leadership is about putting the challenge at the center and working with other people, not just taking charge.
We’ve been sent on a quest. This book inspires us, but how do people actually put it into practice? How does this apply to civic issues? What is clear? What is messy and complicated?
