Fantastic episode on Eating in a Deficit
This was a great episode -Jordan is very knowledgeable and a great fitness/ nutrition coach. He breaks down the psychology behind eating for weight loss in a way that is logical and extremely helpful ! Not a lot of mystery to it, but knowing what motivates people (for eg., initial progress!) or what makes for a healthy, sustainable way of eating (eg., he talks about the restricting /binge eating pitfalls of counting high calorie/ low calorie days, how to think about eating out, etc.)- are topics he addresses in a way that sheds a lot of clarity on approaches to deficit-eating for weight loss. He has a great sense of humor and way of explaining things that un-complicate the processes and is honest. I was interested in this topic, so I listened, and I learned a lot ! I’m sure his other episodes are just as informative as he’s a true fitness and nutrition expert who really cares about helping people.
