“Mark manages to line up excellent interviews with all kinds of interesting people involved in the whisky/whiskey business. One of the best features of Mark's interviews is that they are accessible to everyone: beginners, enthusiasts and experts. He also does a great job of covering all of the nooks and crannies of the whisky world: Scotch single malts and blends; American bourbon and rye; Irish whiskey; Canadian whisky; and even Welsh whisky.
Another nice bonus is that the podcast format allows you to hear how many of the Gaelic or Gaelic-inspired distillery/brand names are actually pronounced.
