Just listened and appreciated the 2 docs perspectives and values As part of the health care system (small town community pharmacist) I truly understand the burn out issues And the demands on doctors , especially in small towns (Coincidentally I am from the same rural area as Dr.Cohen) I enjoy all these podcasts and try to keep these challenges in mind during my own practice (that’s coming from the other side of the dispensary counter) Cheers Keep up the good work Brian Denise Madill

Enjoyed listening to this story. In context , I was an anonymous liver donor in 2010 and my donation was profiled in the Toronto Star. I have had no health problems since the donation. I now live in BC where anonymous donations are not allowed because of the medical community concern to ‘do no harm’
