Excellent podcast; appalling policing

Please please please continue the podcast and report on the inquiry into the police’s handling of this case. It’s unbelievable that a suspect was able to remain free and commit further terrible crimes because compelling evidence gathered by lower ranked officers was dismissed by senior police. If only all journalists understood their role and worked to this standard.
