Great Journalism
Well researched podcast and a story that needed to be told for Emma, her family and other victim survivors of sexual abuse and violence against women. To the brave women who spoke their truth, I see you, I feel you and I send you much love. There should be no judgment or shame levelled at anyone who has an addiction and has to do what they need to do to survive. Let’s all be more compassionate about the trauma, pain and struggle that often leads into addiction. Life is painful sometimes. The more stories that are told this way, the more hope we have to stop the violence.

Emma was a friend of mine when we were teenagers. We were in a youth exchange program together, she was two yrs older than me and I idolised her, she was who I wanted to be. She was funny, clever, kind and beautiful. I’m so glad her story is being told, I think of her often. RIP Emma

Attention to detail was sensitive and compelling. I binged all eight episodes in one day. Brilliant work and does justice to raising awareness for Emma

I hope there is justice for all the girls and their families - they and their families have been wholly let down by the system
