Enjoying but some nuance required
I’m enjoying this podcast however really concerned at the recent episode failing to highlight that a very charming, expert predator set his sights in a teenage girl. There are suggestions that she was somehow equally complicit in the betrayal of her boyfriend and his mother. Given the immense imbalance of power, the track record of this man in getting people to do things they otherwise would not do, and the fact that she was under age at the time requires a clear message that she is absolutely a victim of his and I’m sure her life and being caught up in this has very negatively impacted her, her relationships and sense of self. What was described was an abusive relationship that included sexual, emotional and social control and this young woman does not need a podcast episode that fails to really highlight this.

Good to hear more confirmation that the people who own inner Sydney homes were never actually smart enough to earn them.

The music choice is dire. It’s more appropriate for a weepy scene in General Hospital.
