“Great podcast. I’m a weekly listener and I have to say there’s some great info being shared here. The athletes/guests share their best practices which have helped with their performance, recovery, HRV, etc. I’ve adopted many of these practices such as supplement suggestions, Norma tec, sleep techniques. Just to name a few. My recovery has been phenomenal since then. Performance has improved and my overall awareness has been heightened. I’m spending less time in red and more in green. My sleep has improved drastically as has my HRV.
