This episode was so good I took notes.Thank you for shining a light on the everyday use of HRV. As a fit senior with lupus, I use HRV to tell me how my nervous system is doing. Since I know my HRV baseline I also know when easy fun activities are needed (like a stroll in the woods) or when I can push it a little more skiing, cycling or swimming. Here’s to the power of HRV!
