I particularly love hearing the lifestyle themes (alcohol consumption / sleep / female specific insights eg menstrual cycle) and how it impacts my training and recovery. Honestly how useful is Michael Phelps training to me? It’s nice to know not need to know and the athlete is rarely that notable. I want more relevant information on how to improve whoop results, not how a special teamer makes a smoothie.
