Love the scientific backing and detail
Overall the podcast has been very informative. A few items that I would love you to cover are: How exactly is HRV measured and without being an elite athlete, what is realistic for this measure? Especially Since it plays such a big role in calculating the Recovery score. How is strain measured, heart rate only? Weight training seems to get low strain scores even compared to a light jog, while the expected recovery seems to be quite different. You mention getting in contact with the hosts but I can’t find any contact information. Is this the only way? Thanks. I look forward to every new episode.

This was a great product and a great podcast. But unfortunately the strap has failed and there is absolutely no support to get it fixed. ☹️
