Horrible business with horrible customer service
I only had my whoop for two months and stopped charging completely, I got second charger and it’s not working either, doesn’t go beyond 20% why did I pay for whole year if your devices don’t work, they useless now, I cancelled my membership and still have 8 months to go with non working device. Very frustrating and horrible customer service because no one cares, I was listening to this podcast and decided to give it to try but whoop company doesn’t have dissent people who care about their customers

Such a shame that disastrous launch planning and supply chain management have demoralised sooo many previously loyal members. 5-6 month wait time for a new band is just ridiculous (3months so far and no delivery date in sight for 5-7 weeks at least!!!) I enjoy this podcast, but would caution that it wouldn’t be applicable if you don’t use the Whoop product (but honestly, why wouldn’t you?).
