What a disappointing conv about menopause
Such a disappointment! Whoop, you have a very athletic community….why not look at the changes in female physiology from a sports perspective? How does Whoop take hormones into account? Perimenopause? How is HRV affected in the ups and downs of hormonal changes during perimenopause ? Unfortunately the conversation felt like it was geared towards The View audience …not the athletic community! Exercise was just one piece briefly discussed…don’t most Whoop users exercise? Please do better!!

Love this podcast. Today’s episode focuses on female nutrition, would be great to have a similar episode on male nutrition, since many of the topics discussed (ex. proper fueling) are applicable to both genders.
