“This podcast has some good discussions about exercise and fitness, and many episodes are applicable to anyone. However, so many conversations are centered around the Whoop and Whoop data, so if you don’t have it (because I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription - other fitness trackers don’t have that), it’s less interesting/helpful. I stopped listening when every episode started feeling like one long Whoop ad, with a little fitness discussion mixed in. So this is probably a great podcast for people who have Whoop, but if you’re like me and you don’t, the constant product promotion gets super annoying.”
