Homeschooling for the rest of us
There are lots of resources out there for families who basically have it all together and just want to gather ideas of how to refine or tweak their routines to get it* all done in a day. Wild + Free is the podcast for the rest of us. Listeners of this podcast realize that they are very much "in process" and appreciate being able to listen in on informal conversations between friends about the joys and challenges of living the homeschool life. We are very aware that our children's childhoods and our time at home with them is short, and we want to do our best to preserve the wonder of this season of life. My family was able to attend the first W+F family camp, and I can attest to the fact that W+F is basically just a community of real families who value connection over box checking. I am thankful for this podcast, because it provides a free resource to give others a taste of W+F, but the real heart of Wild + Free are the monthly content bundles which are inspiring, beautiful compilations that free families to live according to their deepest priorities. * "It" refers to an ever-increasing list of subjects that everyone knows must be covered completely before a person can go out into the "real world."Read full review »
