Laura is a master storyteller and investigative reporter looking for the truth and also showing the flaws of man’s work on scientific evidence. Dive in you’ll be glad you did!

Came across this podcast from an interview Laura did with the blurry photos podcast. It has jumped passed all my favorite podcasts almost instantly especially season 2 space invaders. Very informative guests, smart host, insightful and scientifically accurate!

I found this through outside, I’d have to say it fits with being fun, adventurous, off-center… I’m learning some things… And allows me to enjoy the fantasy of maybe, just maybe…

Listened to the episodes on Bigfoot. Too glib and NPR like. As one reviewer said “ sarcastic and mocking”. Although she covered various topics it came out shallow. She doesn’t do justice to the numerous reports and dismisses eye witnesses and footprints as “ eye witness accounts aren’t credible”...Read full review »

Laura Krantz narrates this podcast that includes historical events, the science behind the events, and how our culture is reacting and has reacted to the subject that is explored. I can’t recommend this podcast enough! It is wonderfully narrated and as each episode ends it leads you to want more!!

It combines the hope of squatchers with the science. Balanced so far (still on season 1). Great presenter.

I lived in Idaho Falls during the time of this accident and was blissfully aware of the entire episode. Of course, I was a teenager and not exactly our with the latest. The entire series is wonderfully informative. Ms. Krantz has a great voice, a sense of humor even in this grim tale, and...Read full review »

I listen to this podcast from Ecuador and I love it. It is entertaining, well researched, and objective. As an Ecologist, I wish more people would hear this program to better understand the importance and beauty of science, but also its shortcomings… There is also a nostalgic, historical touch of...Read full review »

I heard about this podcast through Laura Krantz's interview on the Conversations With Joe podcast. A few days later it came up while I was browsing podcasts. If I hadn't already heard that there was a season about nuclear technology I would've Passed it off as another crackpot...Read full review »

Surprisingly good production. Especially enjoyed the search for Bigfoot. Nice mix of science, research and testimony. I too have a Bigfoot sighting when I was younger playing paintball in the Maryland woods. *update: I thought the nuclear episode wasn’t strange and weird enough but it’s amazing....Read full review »

This podcast has an interesting and fun range of topics that host Laura does an exceptional job of covering. I really like her non-biased style of investigative research and reporting mixed with the occasional “dad joke”. Dad jokes are rad jokes, right? I love listening to Laura Krantz dive deep on topics she’s curious about and willing to share with us. She’s the best storyteller! I’ve listened to an embarrassing number of podcasts and this has been my favorite since the first season. Laura is an engaging storyteller, the production is excellent, and it’s very clear how much care and heart went into creating it. Very excited for season 3!

Such a wonderful podcast. It approaches interesting questions seriously but skeptically and without an agenda beyond learning more. I absolutely loved the first two seasons and hope a third is on the way soon!

Does a great job of having fun with the topics without being insulting to people who believe in this silliness as well as being scientific. Thanks for keeping me company on a 15hour flight to Korea and in quarantine! What’s next?

This one was promising. Unless you are very young and or not not a reader it is just regurgitation and univentful. If you have never heard a paranormal podcast before it will be interesting for a couple episodes.

Season 1 was an exciting even handed exploration of science and folklore. Season 2 by Ep. 2 has already endorsed the untestable magic of god-of-the-gaps quantum physics and then throwing in sponsorship via the Wim Hof method. Pseudoscience won out on this podcast.
