Eye opening!
I too grew up in the 70’s and 80’s and absolutely loved Little House on the Prairie. I read the books but it was the tv show where I fell in love with Laura and her endearing family. My elementary school had heritage days and my mom made my sister and I pioneer dresses and matching bonnets, I imagined I was Laura Ingalls. This podcast has been so educational and thought provoking. It’s important to know the background and the history and fictional aspects of Laura and her prairie life. Thank you!
