Each guest has something different to add, offering a variety of perspectives and takes on the complexities of modern cricket. And well before he joined the pod, I’ve long maintained that Mark Butcher is one of the most refreshing voices of the ex-pro punditerati, so who better to add to this fantastic collective of accomplished journalists than him. Great team, great pod. The only thing that could improve it would be to make it more frequent. And maybe the addition of a spin off show where Phil just goes off on a beautifully poetic tangential monologue. Keep up the great work guys. I can’t wait for the next one.”

“Love hearing commentators make predictions about how the game will go before both teams have batted. Not. Then, next day, no mention of how wrong they were. Average podcast. Better podcasts out there with experienced, knowledgable commentators & cricketers & good sound quality.”
