“Get the podcast and enjoy the free information provided by a true Texan. I have lived here all my life and I have studied Texas history for the fun of the subject matter. Ken Wise has deep roots in Texas and shows his pride in the state. I am with him that beans are not in real Chili! He is not a professional broadcaster using studio grade equipment, but he does a great job presenting a huge subject in a sumple to understand manner. I just started listening a couple of months ago and I am about half way through the whole set of podcasts.
