Smart and interesting!
Wow! As Kawasaki puts it, Wolfram is a man "off the scale on intelligence!" I am so glad I listened to this podcast. I learned so much. Great definition of computational thinking and an example that brought it to life for me. I also learned about computational irreducibility and what it means, for example, for climate change. Science is not cut and dry and we have to be more sophisticated consumers of science. The interview will expand your thinking in so many avenues, for example: Can we find the fundamental theory of the universe? What are the rules for our universe? In addition to being a genius, Wolfram has that admirable combination of super intelligence and humility. And a sense of humor which made listening to the interview all the more enjoyable. Kawasaki is an excellent interviewer. I would hazard to say that interviewing such an unconventional and super intelligent person is not easy and Kawasaki pulls it off so well. He asks intelligent questions, knows just when to ask for explanations for us mortals, and doesn't take air time talking about himself a whole lot as some podcasters do. Instead, he lets Wolfram speak. Oh, and I liked the music intervals - they come at just the right time, as a mental pause to reflect on what was just said. I am hooked! I am going to be listening to all the interviews in this series.Read full review »

When Guy Kawasaki told me he just launched this new podcast, I knew it’s going to be very interesting. Just listened to his interview with Dr. Robert Cialdini. Loved it. Keep rocking with these wise ones, Guy!
