“Great content and podcast. The approach to this topic was very refreshing and modern. Loved the honesty and the spotlight on the lack of acknowledgement of the appalling treatment of thousands of women accused of, and killed for, a crime they didn’t commit. Only thing I’d like to see change for a follow up season is the use of production techniques like demonic style voice changers and spooky music to add effect. These tropes were misplaced and send the wrong message to change attitudes. For me, it perpetuates fear and judgmental interpretations, and at times, provided an immature backdrop to a very grown up and well researched conversation. It’s well worth a listen if you can overlook that.”
