“How to describe Wolf 359? It's a beautiful show that combines the pleasing paranoia and surrealism of Welcome to Night Vale with the likable characters and unusual setting of Red Dwarf. Add in a good dose of genuine suspense and excellent sound design, and you have one of my favorite podcasts.
Each episode unfolds a careful meditation on the nature of humanity––our psychology, our society, our fears and hopes––that usually winds up dipping into paranoia, or suspense, or straight-up hilarious ridiculousness, or some combination of the above. All this is wrapped up in a gripping narrative... and set in space. What more could you ask for?
The show started out strong, and has just kept getting better and better. While I don't recommend listening to "Am I Alone?" first, as it requires some prior knowledge of the characters' personalities, that episode pushes Wolf 359 from "pretty darn good" territory, straight into "stunning."
Is Wolf 359 worth your time? Yes, and then some. It's become one of the podcasts I look forward to the most––right up there with Serial, Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me, and Pseudopod (the weekly horror fiction podcast). Highly recommended.”Read full review »

Funny and smart, this podcast takes you from lighthearted squabbles over toothpaste to...”Read full review »

“I listened to the first three episodes on the train last week but hadn't downloaded any of the rest to my iPod. So, today, I've had a day off and I went out and I thought 'I know, I'll listen to some more of this while I'm walking'.
This podcast is deceptively brilliant....”Read full review »
