“I listen to Woman’s Hour for topics of interest and women’s stories in general. However, I feel that the BBC’s obsession with “balance” has led this podcast down a dangerous road where, whenever trans issues are discussed, the far right bigots seem to have more say than trans people. This might be because its target audience is older people who are more likely to be anti-trans, but that is absolutely no excuse. I find myself reluctant to listen whenever these topics are discussed.”
