Such an appreciated resource
As a 45-year-old woman who is waiting for confirmation of an ADHD diagnosis, I’m so grateful for the conversations in this podcast. I feel less alone, more informed, and more accepting of the way my brain works. As I listen more, I suspect the podcast will offer me further insights into how I can embrace my neurodiversity and stop seeing myself as ‘wrong’ or broken. At heart, I want to structure my life in a way that embraces my gifts, rather than highlighting my (perceived, by this culture) deficits. Thank you, Katy. And let’s go, ladies. We’re brilliant just the way we are, dammit.
