This podcast is a fabulous resource for women with adhd. I’ve gained so much insight listening to Katy’s conversations. I’ve yet to get through an episode without nodding vigorously in agreement (should I dock a star for neck cramp?) It feels like Katy has guided me through my awakening, doubts,...Read full review »

I have learned so much from Katy and her guests. It is refreshing to take a deep dive into the differences in ADHD females as there are SO many. This podcast has been a big source of validation and offered me practical tips as I continue to navigate the landscape of ADHD as a woman.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 33, I immediately set out as much as I could about the way my brain works. Katy Weber’s Women and ADHD is the very first podcast I found on this topic, and I have been listening ever since! As an adult woman and a mother, I find so much inspiration and...Read full review »

Hi there! I’ve been listening to your podcast off and on for a couple years now, and never considered giving a review. I always said “I’ll do it later”. Did I do it? Nope. But here I am 2 or so years later, finally giving you a well deserved 5 star rating. I’ll go through times were I don’t...Read full review »

Finding this podcast has been exactly what I needed on my journey of finding out I have ADHD. It’s been incredibly validating. With every single subject, episode and guest there’s also so much I can get from each and I walk away understanding and accepting myself a little more. Thank you!!!!

I have to say it’s more difficult than it should be to find out how to leave a podcast review! I’ve listened to this pod since my diagnosis one year ago at 36. This was the first adhd podcast I found and the only one I’ve stuck with and listened to weekly! I’ve gained so much self knowledge...Read full review »

I appreciate all the episodes and have found them very affirming of my experience learning of my diagnosis in my fifties. And while the topic can be tough and serious, Katy keeps it interesting and brings her own joy and laughter to every episode which I appreciate very much. Thank you, Katy!

So helpful. I’m late in life diagnosed and this podcast has helped validate me. I’m also in the process of getting my child diagnosed and am so disappointed with the UK diagnostic waiting lists and endless battle to be heard, that I’ve just paid for my daughter to have a qb test in 2 weeks. Omg. My entire life makes sense now. I’m 45 years old and was JUST diagnosed. I’m now going down the rabbit hole, in hyper focus, learning all I can about this. Disappointed to hear the latest episode using the term ‘if you are someone who gets a period’. There’s a word for that and it’s in the title of your podcast. Not all women get periods but the only people who get them are women.

I started listening to Katy’s interviews over a year ago. First it was comforting to hear what she had her guests had to say, as it showed I wasn’t alone. I used to listen to this podcast and found it very validating. I am a WOC in my thirties studying for the Bar. As a result of not being formally diagnosed I have had to advocate for myself as an adult which was very difficult.
