Essential information that should be recommended to anyone with ADHD (diagnosed or not)
So helpful. I’m late in life diagnosed and this podcast has helped validate me. I’m also in the process of getting my child diagnosed and am so disappointed with the UK diagnostic waiting lists and endless battle to be heard, that I’ve just paid for my daughter to have a qb test in 2 weeks. I’ve just listened to the episode about qb testing and it’s made me confident I’ve made the right choice to side step the NHS rigmarole. It won’t give her a diagnosis but it will help me to know if I need to keep fighting for one.
