There is no spoon
I would very much recommend this podcast. Having turned up to work on the wrong day yet again someone suggested that I look into ADHD. I of course I googled women with ADHD and found this and I’m so happy that I did. It’s been a revelation. While listening to these funny interesting women talk (ten to the dozen like I do when I find someone I really want to talk to) I realised that what I have always taken to be flaws in my personality were simply traits that I have in common with a whole host of fascinating other women from all over the world. I can’t express what a revelation that was other than to liken it to the bit in the matrix when Neo realised that reality is not as he thought. “There is no spoon”

I feel like I’m lost and...Read full review »

This podcast really helps me feel less bad about the things I struggle with, that others seem to find easy.
