This podcast is a fabulous resource for women with adhd. I’ve gained so much insight listening to Katy’s conversations. I’ve yet to get through an episode without nodding vigorously in agreement (should I dock a star for neck cramp?) It feels like Katy has guided me through my awakening, doubts, diagnosis and the slow process of learning to live well with neurodiversity. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
