Wow, it all makes sense now!
I was just diagnosed at age 44. Looking back at my whole life, IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW! And wow, listening to you and your guests talk makes me feel like I’m listening to myself - especially when a guest says something like “Wait, what were we talking about?” After years of feeling like I was going crazy and a hot mess, now I feel like I have a toolbox to help me through my daily struggles. And the more I listen to how other people move through their days, I feel seen. I am so much more compassionate with myself knowing that I’m just fine and I’m actually doing pretty great in my life, all things considered.
