“This podcast is absolutely brilliant! I’m in the UK and newly diagnosed at 40. I had felt so confused and alone until I found this podcast. I finally know who I am and have people I can relate to. Katie’s style is that of a great friend but with the knowledge of your favourite teacher. She has a lovely warmth to her episodes and I feel like I’m at the table having coffee with her and her guests. This podcast has given me the confidence to find myself and be proud of my ADHD. It also aids as my body double when I have to get the housework done! Katie’s vulnerability and honesty really make this podcast shine. In true ADHD style I’ve binge listened as it was just what I needed. Looking forward to seeing where this will go & maybe one day I will have the confidence to come and share my story.
