Review for dopamine rush
I just found your podcast after a recent ADHD diagnosis. I’m in my late 20s and I definitely didn’t believe it at first, and am currently having trouble remembering to take medications. But after listening to a couple of your episodes, I feel like my mind has been blown- I feel so validated and am starting to realize that all these things I attributed to personality flaws/quirks are a shared experience with many women. From RSD to executive function, hygiene to friendships- I feel less alone and less shame in who I am. Because of your podcast, I’ve found ways to describe the feelings/thought patterns I have to my close friends and family members. I’ve cried, laughed, and had a lot of “aha!” moments while listening to your podcast. Thank you for your help- I feel hopeful!
