Inspiration and Encouragement
When I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 33, I immediately set out as much as I could about the way my brain works. Katy Weber’s Women and ADHD is the very first podcast I found on this topic, and I have been listening ever since! As an adult woman and a mother, I find so much inspiration and encouragement from hearing about other women who navigate their daily professional and personal lives with an ADHD mind. Thank you Katy, for this wonderful resource!

Shaving seconds off the time a task takes, which is something companies pay people big salaries to do; creating systems to make doing things more palatable to your own brain, even when people in your life don’t “get it;” and organizing with piles. These are my people.

As a woman with ADHD who was diagnosed during the pandemic, I resonate with so many stories. I play this podcast when I clean to motivate me and keep me going. These stories are inspiring and I’ve learned so much.
