So much self awareness gained
I have to say it’s more difficult than it should be to find out how to leave a podcast review! I’ve listened to this pod since my diagnosis one year ago at 36. This was the first adhd podcast I found and the only one I’ve stuck with and listened to weekly! I’ve gained so much self knowledge seeing myself in everyone’s stories. It has helped me gain the confidence to finally take steps forward in my life towards my dreams, slowly overcoming being wracked by self doubt and insecurities. Both can exist but they don’t have to own us. Thanks for your wisdom and openness Katy, and your fabulous guests! It’s an inspiration and so so helpful

Finding and listening to...Read full review »
