Thank you for helping me explore who I am! X
Hi I just wanna start with thank you so much for your content. I’ve been listening to this podcast since early summer since I started specs that I might have ADHD after going through a period of cognitive behavioural therapy for depression and anxiety. I’m 32 years old and I finally got my diagnosis yesterday for ADHD and I’m now well and truly on the road with the expertise and help I need thanks to this podcast and all the amazing people who have written reviews and contribute to your content.I like many of your viewers and people you interview I’ve gone through life thinking that it wasn’t a problem and it’s just so refreshing to hear that sometimes and I need to take a time out and I just need some space that I can listen to this podcast and it’s help me help myself more than anything and understand who I am.I joined the Royal Navy when I was 16 on it like everyone as like everyone I didn’t have the most amazing upbringing but my parents did what they could. From being in a military and structured environment from a young age this is presented its challenges and also from the structure masks some of my symptoms for me for years.I just want to say again thank you so much each episode has a little part of me in there which means I can relate it means a lot it also helps me think about how I’m going to word sometimes how I feel which you will understand it’s quite hard for us actually quantifying what the words mean and how we feel. So again thank you from the shores of the UK and thank you from my family and household for helping me understand so I can communicate better with them how I’m feeling. I would like to recommend this podcast to anyone and I’ve already spoken about it in work and with my friends who I trust I’m happy to let them in on my journey so far. Thank you for being part of my journey big love. Hannah Suckling x

Shaving seconds off the time a task takes, which is something companies pay people big salaries to do; creating systems to make doing things more palatable to your own brain, even when people in your life don’t “get it;” and organizing with piles. These are my people.

I just found your podcast after a recent ADHD diagnosis. I’m in my late 20s and I definitely didn’t believe it at first, and am currently having trouble remembering to take medications. But after listening to a couple of your episodes, I feel like my mind has been blown- I feel so validated and...Read full review »

I'm a young woman who has been diagnosed with ADHD for 12+ years. I relate so much to the experiences of Katy Weber and her guests. It feels so validating to hear ADHD women talk about their challenges and the work they have done finding ways to thrive in an ADHD-unfriendly world. I just...Read full review »
