I just found your podcast - only two episodes in but am liking it. I haven’t been diagnosed with adhd (my niece - 32 - was recently diagnosed) but starting seeing some videos/tik toks/articles about it and it began to make sense. I have suffered from depression for years and what I now recognize as anxiety I am really enjoying listening to you and your guests.
