Validating
Thank you, thank you, thank you. My depression and anxiety have been prevalent since childhood, but I always felt like I was an ‘alien’. After spending 8 years treating ‘resistant’ MDD I felt so defeated. I couldn’t keep a job, complete school, or organise my life despite trying every medication. I’ve just been diagnosed with inattentive adhd at 30, and listening to these lived experiences has really validated my own.

This poscast made me feel SO validated, I was diagnosed with adhd at 25 after genuinely thinking I had early onset alzheimer's.
