I feel so empowered!
I was diagnosed with ADHD around six months ago and have only just discovered this beautiful podcast. My diagnosis journey involved A LOT of self-advocacy and very little external support, so I have struggled to find spaces where I can comfortably express the quirks of living with ADHD. The conversations between Katy and her guests are so cathartic and I have found myself reconnecting with the parts of me that I had lost from years of masking. Thank you Katy!
