Essential listening (on 1.5 speed of course)
I listen to this ALL THE TIME and it’s just so nice hearing other adult women dig into the tangible affects of ADHD in their lives- not just career or academically centered challenges but the real ways in which our minds function differently than the neurotypicals and the patterns of behavior it leads to.
