These podcasts have saved me from the internal torment of feeling like I’m awful at every part of my life. I’m able to hear other women talk about their lives experiences and see how fantastic they are despite or because of these brain functions. Recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, this has been such a fantastic listen. It really makes me feel like I’m not alone or crazy and there is hope for success in life.
