Needed this at age 18, grateful to find it now
I always thought I was just flaky and different and emotional. I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life after a marriage counselor said I showed classic signs. I never fully followed up. I saw a specialist twice, who suggested I exercise and meditate every day. Then COVID hit and I was relieved that the overwhelm from kids’ soccer games and play dates would go away. Now soccer and school are back, and transitions are hitting me hard. Every single episode I have heard has been so validating. I’m taking steps again to get support but I’m truly thrilled to listen to this along my journey. Thank you so much. What an enormous gift to hear myself and my challenges in others’ stories.
